Closed: Vienna After Dark: Call for Venue Assistants

From November 14th-16th, VIENNA AFTER DARK, Vienna's first international conference focused on nightlife and club culture, will take place. 

Are you passionate about nightlife and club culture? And want to gain production experience at an international conference? Then this one’s for you!

During the conference, we expect over 120 international speakers and artists from the fields of club culture, festival organisation, politics, economics, awareness and social work, as well as other areas. Overall, we are looking for six people to assist at our venues: Kino im Künstlerhaus / Salon im Künstlerhaus / Club U / SASS Music Club / Kino Schikaneder.

Your working days are the 14th and 15th of November 2024 – you will receive €23,- net per hour, plus drinks and a hot meal on the day of work.

Your tasks include:

  • Assisting production management
  • Overseeing the schedule and time management in the assigned venue
  • Adjusting microphones for the speakers (brief training will be provided on-site)
  • Distributing name tags
  • Tidying up the stage between talks and restocking stage fridges
  • Being the point of contact for speakers and maintaining communication with the production team

Requirements: 

  • Available on 14th November from 12:00 to 20:00
  • Available on 15th November from 10:00 to 19:00
